Most of the recipes in The Castle Cook’s notebook are just that…notes (mostly lists of ingredients with limited instruction). Translating the recipes has become a two step process–raw translation from German to English, then research and conversion into a full blown recipe. I was hoping you would have a recipe for the German Bee Sting cake, my favorite when I attended the Portland German club dances and ate desserts during intermission.
